I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this tour, from the friendly guides to the charming hotels. Additionally, I had the opportunity to meet and connect with new friends, which was a delightful experience. Our trip to Vietnam/Cambodia started in 2019 then the world shut down! We finally went on our bucket list trip in February 2023! Alex was instrumental in ensuring our trip was a 5 star experience! From the beginning of the planning to the end of our trip all details were documented and when we asked for a change during the trip Alex was quick to ensure the change was completed in a timely manner. Everything from the tour guides seeing so many wonderful sites in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa (Vietnam) to many temples, Angkor Wat in Cambodia. WOW! is all I have to say we had such a great time with IDC Travel's organization. I would highly recommend booking a trip with IDC and I will again in the near future. Thank you!

An absolute delight. Saigon's vibrant energy and historical sites were a captivating introduction to the country's culture. The Cu Chi Tunnels were a memorable highlight, offering a glimpse into Vietnam's wartime history. The journey to Nha Trang brought a relaxing contrast with its stunning beaches and vibrant nightlife. The organization and local guides made the experience seamless and informative. Highly recommended for those seeking a diverse and enjoyable getaway.

The trip was well-organized, with punctual drivers throughout. However, there could be improvements in hotel selections, as we faced issues with a lock in our Hoi An hotel. The guides were informative, making us feel safe during all the tours. We overall enjoyed the experience. Meeting you in person was a highlight, and we appreciate your efforts in planning our Vietnam trip. Thank you!

The guide knew the area very well and spoke good English. The beach is beautiful and maybe because of the virus fewer people travelling, or maybe because of the location and the timing, but it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. The food and fruits are also delicious.

A Luxury trip to Vietnam

Vietnam is already a popular travel destination for tourists from all over the world due to the diversity of its landscapes, natural attractions, and cultural heritage. The nation also offers the best to tourists while looking to the future in complete safety and tranquility. The growth of the luxury hotel network matches the heights of the most stunning locations, the warmth of the people, the varied and exquisite cuisine, and its legends… It is also a perfect choice for lovers of luxury and travelers’ exceptions.

Luxury travel in Vietnam

Luxury travel in Vietnam

By utilizing these benefits, we have developed the fantastic circuit detailed below, which enables you to thoroughly explore Vietnam while experiencing impeccable and first-rate comfort. Accommodation in opulent hotels and resorts, first-rate services, spa treatments, cruises, and cooking classes assure you of a memorable stay in Vietnam that combines elegance and comfort for your enjoyment.

4 reasons to choose Vietnam luxury tours

Luxury plane

The first priority point for any Vietnam luxury tours is about the vehicle. The luxury experience begins on the Vietnam Airlines plane – National Airlines that will take you to Hanoi. Vietnam’s No. 1 airline’s Business Class offers its passengers exceptional comfort, state-of-the-art amenities, excellent service, and the best entertainment during your flight. Priority ground services (including a Lotus lounge). Then, once aboard the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, sit down in the very comfortable bench seats, 106 cm apart, with backrests that tilt at 90 degrees. You benefit from large individual 39 cm screens, an individual reading light, noise-canceling headphones, large portholes whose light you can control with the simple touch of a finger and a more spacious boot for even more comfort. In terms of meals, Business Class offers a refined menu served with artisanal dishes. Savor the best local cuisine served with exceptional hospitality, by attentive staff with a wide smile. And finally,Vietnam Airlines has become, since October 10, 2019, the first Vietnamese airline to offer Wi-Fi in flight (on certain devices).

Getaways like nowhere else

Vietnam luxury tours absolutely will give you a luxury accomodation for your best relax. Imagine yourself staying at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Nha Trang, where you will have access to a private two-story villa with a swimming pool and beach. The most stunning bay in the world is Halong Bay, and picture yourself taking a traditional private junk cruise through it. Consider going to the Cu Chi tunnels, a symbol of Vietnamese resistance to the Americans, by speedboat and returning in a plush minivan. Think about Con Dao, a lost archipelago off the coast of Saigon. You are staying at Zanier Hotels Bai San Ho, a paradise for beautiful coral reefs.

Charming colonial architecture

Colonialism is not glamorous, but it is a part of history that nevertheless exists, and the architecture resulting from the occupation of Vietnam by France from 1887 to 1947 (and more generally of all Indochina) is today a magnificent heritage. In Hanoi, staying at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has been a staple since 1901 for its grand white exterior, lush gardens, luxurious rooms, and spa. In Saigon, it is the Park Hyatt Saigon that will enchant your luxury trip to Vietnam with its world-class service, elegant rooms with colonial decor and superb amenities, top-notch spa, and outdoor swimming pool.

Wellness destinations with incredible spas

Imagine… You are on one of Da Nang’s pristine beaches, not far from Hoi An, a romantic city listed by UNESCO. You stop at Fusion Maia, an award-winning all-inclusive spa property. Benefit from unique fitness programs, some of which are free, such as yoga, in accommodations that are both spacious and intimate. Or go on a 3 or 7-day retreat to follow a detox or re-energize program.

Around a 7-day tour

If the real luxury is to live and breathe nature, then Vietnam will satisfy you. The country has more than thirty national parks and nature reserves, two UNESCO natural heritage sites (Halong and Trang An), dazzling mountain ranges, a coastline that stretches for more than two thousand kilometers, and a truly hypnotic nightlife. To enjoy this still well-preserved nature, choose experiences focused on sustainability and well-being, a luxury on this trip.

It was a lot of fun to visit both countries! I wish i had more time to spend, but the itinerary IDC provided did ensure me the best experience in both Thai and Cambodia in such a short time. Food and accommodations were all amazing, especially at Phuket. Thank you Alex for the great help!

Food lover paradise!!

Isabel Simmons

As a spicy lover i was so excited to try out Thai cuisine for the first time! Amazing flavors really, we were advised to spend time in local markets and sample various street foods, and it did not disappoint. One of my kids cant eat spicy food but she loves Thai desserts, i'd say there is something for everyone here. Love that IDC Travel included a Thai cooking class in the tour as well, being able to understand the ingredients and recipes behind the flavor we eat was a lot of fun to me. Of course the hotels and service are great too, much love to the IDC team for planning this trip for me!! :D

Still great, highly recommend!

We contacted Alex a few months prior to our travel to organise a private tour to the Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong, etc). As we neared the date, we had to make some changes as pandemic has caused some changed on our travel plan. Alex is always very responsive and very flexible with our queries. Our trip was very well organised and everything went very smoothly. All the accomodation was booked according to our preferences. The driver and tour guide was very courteous and experienced. If I have to nit pick, I would probably say that the tour guide could do more with giving us more information about our activities. For example, when we did bike tour, it would be great if he warned us that we will be passing through the major road and sharing traffic with cars and trucks. Or how long the walking tour through the village going to be. Overall, we are very satisfied and I do think the tour is value for money, very well organised, and the staff are more than happy to cater for our needs.

I found IDC travel online because of the good reviews, and after a day of inquiring, Sir Alex responded right away with a detailed itinerary tailored to our preference! He is very responsive and accommodating with our needs, especially during our travel. Our trip in vietnam was organised, smooth, and really enjoyable! Even the organization of the itinerary and payments went smoothly. Some few comments would be agreeing to the previous review, like having the tour guide give us advices/tips about maybe the weather, what to wear, what to expect during the tours or anything important to bring if necessary so we could prepare better in terms of outfit, what to bring, etc. The drivers are very nice, but it would be even better if they greeted/welcomed us once we arrive. One driver did not have proper signage so we were waiting for quite awhile. Nevertheless, Sir Alex listened to our concerns and came up with solutions right away. Overall, we are very satisfied and it was great value for our money too. We booked another tour with them for Thailand this August. We cannot wait to book with them again in the future.
