Upon arrival, you will embark on an incredible boat trip to visit the Trang An Landscape Complex, which includes 31 valleys, 50 caves with flowing water over 600 species of flora, and over 200 species of fauna, many of which are listed in the Red Book of Vietnam. Paddle through Trang An scenic area in the fresh, clean mountain air with the sound of birds singing and oars stirring in the clear water.
After about 3 hours of boating, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, head to Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues and the largest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam.

Then, board a 25-minute boat trip along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Take this opportunity to observe the local life on the river. Make sure to have your camera handy.
Upon arrival, you will visit the school’s herb garden and then learn about the well-known dishes of Hoi An. The cooking lesson lasts about 2 hours. The chef will first demonstrate each dish before you prepare it for yourself. After the lesson, sit down to enjoy what you have prepared.
