You will spend one day exploring the most important cultural sites and historical sites in Hanoi: Literature Temple, a symbol of feudal education, and one of Hanoi’s landmarks, the Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in the city, located on the edge of West Lake. In Ba Dinh Square, explore the former palace of the governor of Indochina and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Visit Bai Tu Long in the northern part of Halong Bay and admire picturesque islands and islets of various shapes. Explore the magnificent caves of Halong Bay, including Sung Sot Cave, the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.

Then, visit the tomb of Tu Duc, one of the most beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen dynasty. The tomb lies in a great pine forest, 8 km from Hue.

We will pick you up in the morning and take you to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a major part of the Vietnam-American War. Explore the underground network, learn about the harsh living conditions, and even try your hand at shooting an AK-47 at a nearby shooting range.

After lunch, you will go back to Ho Chi Minh City and spend the afternoon visiting the Reunification Palace. Then stroll around the city’s colonial streets in the evening to the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, and City Hall.

Depart for the Mekong Delta. It is considered to be the largest rice-growing area in Vietnam.

After lunch, return to Ho Chi Minh City. On the way, you can discover the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda. Explore the local Cho Lon market. Visit Saigon Chinatown, which is filled with temples and several mysterious paths.

Bangkok, Thailand
Transfer to the airport where you board the flight to Bangkok.
Arrive in Bangkok, the guide and driver will welcome you. Transfer to hotel and overnight in Bangkok.

After breakfast, depart Bangkok and drive southward to Ratchaburi Province to visit the open-air Mae Klong Market to witness the market and vendors clearing up their stalls when a train pulls through the market.
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
Following the train market, take a short drive to the pier where you will embark on a boat trip along the canals and backwaters. This leads you to the first main attraction of the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where you can see numerous vendors selling local foods, fruits, and products on rowing boats. Make sure your camera is ready.
Continue your boat trip, you will see villages, gardens, and plantations. Eventually, you arrive at the docks where you meet your driver again and transfer back to your hotel in Bangkok.
The rest of the day will be free at your leisure.

Start your city tour with Wat Traimit. This Temple of the Golden Buddha is known for its age (900 years) and the gold weight of 5.5 tons. Then visit Wat Arun, the most famous and photographed Temple of Dawn in Bangkok. Finally, visit Wat Pho, the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok. Wat Pho is also called the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Phra Buddha Saiyans).
