Phnom Penh

Today, you will spend time exploring Phnom Penh, where there is a heart-breaking past and a hopeful present.
You will visit some popular attractions including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and National Museum.

In the afternoon, visit the Killing Fields of Cheung Ek and Toul Sleng Prison Museum. Stop at the Central Market when you are back downtown in the afternoon.

You will have a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before fly to Siem Reap.
After checking into the hotel, visit Bayon Temple and Ta Prohm in the afternoon. During this time of the day, the shady trees set up a mysterious stage that you might have seen in the movie Tomb Raider.

Today, you will explore Angkor Wat, with Banteay, a small temple constructed of sandstone. This site is at its best in the early morning when the sun casts brightly. Spend another hour at Angkor Thom, which used to be the palace grounds for the Angkor Kingdoms.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, continue exploring Angkor Wat with a local scholar who has a rich knowledge of Angkorian culture. This would be a great chance for you to learn about Cambodia’s history and culture. You will also visit the Leprosy King Terrace and the Elephant Terrace, where public ceremonies are held.
Then, you will go to Bakheng in Phnom Penh to enjoy the sunset.

Take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City, the bustling city of Vietnam.
Notre Dame Cathedral
After lunch, you will arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and spend the afternoon visiting the War Remnants Museum. Then stroll around the city’s colonial streets in the evening to the Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, and City Hall.

From Ho Chi Minh you will take a short drive through lush green rice fields into the Mekong Delta and the town of My Tho.
You will stop to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda and take a hand-rowed sampan boat down the mighty Mekong, drifting under the shade of coconut trees through the river’s natural canals.

Then, continue down the river to An Khang. You can take a short bicycle tour (you can apply for a private tour if time permits) and enjoy seasonal fruit, honey, and tea to the beautiful sounds of southern Vietnamese folk music performed by local musicians.

Have breakfast at the hotel and then depart to Da Nang. As you sail along the sea, admire the summit of Cloud Pass (Hai Van) where you will have a magnificent panoramic view of Lang Co Beach and the surroundings of Da Nang. Take a break at Lang Co Beach.
Arrive in Da Nang and visit the Cham Museum, which houses the largest collection of Cham art objects.

Afterward, you will have lunch on your own before continuing the drive to Hoi An.
Upon your arrival in Hoi An, check into the hotel. The remaining time will be on your own. You can relax at the hotel or stroll around the beautiful ancient town to immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere.

In the morning, participate in a half-day cycling tour.
You will stroll along the old street, passing through several old houses, and see how the locals live their daily lives. During the tour, you will also see how the historical elements of the city blend with modernity, and visit some ancient landmarks, including the Japanese Covered Bridge or the Chinese Conference Hall.
Ride a bike in Hoi An Ancient Town
In the afternoon, explore the enchanting time-capsule town of Old Hoi An on a walking tour with your guide. You can enjoy a cold glass of a traditional herbal drink at a streetside shop. If time permits, we will also stop by a craft store where you can buy the best souvenirs of the city to take back to your hometown.

Have breakfast at the hotel before heading to Danang.
On the way, you can come by the Cham Museum, which houses the largest collection of Cham art objects. Afterward, you will have lunch on your own before continuing the journey to Hanoi.

You will arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon and then check into the hotel. The remaining time is at your leisure.

Have breakfast at the hotel, and then visit some tourist destinations of Hanoi, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and One Pillar Pagoda. After that, visit the Temple of Literature built in the 16th century, which is considered the first university in Vietnam.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the History Museum and then ride a bike in the old town area of Hanoi. Visit Dong Xuan Market before watching the water puppet show.

After arriving at Halong Port around noon, you will board a sailboat to cruise in Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, during the bay cruise, you will have the opportunity to admire many islands: Mat Quy Island (Monster’s Face), Cap De Island, But Moc Island, as well as various caves, including Trinh Nu Cave (Virgin) and Trong Cave (Drum).
Visit the floating fishing village and explore the local life.
After exploring the Luon Cave, you will swim on the bridge and even sunbathe.
Dinner will be served onboard. Overnight on a sailboat.
