Let’s go on a Thailand and Vietnam 15 days tour, filled with fun activities and so much more. In Thailand, you’ll paddle a kayak through Bangkok’s canals, walk along trails in the jungle, and ride a bike through a green National Park. Bangkok is your first destination on this Thailand and Vietnam tour. Upon your arrival in Bangkok, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation.
This will be your free day in Bangkok. You can spend your time relaxing after the flight or explore the capital city of Thailand as there are several interesting places like Chinatown, Siam Paragon (one of the largest shopping malls in the city), and Jodd Fairs.

On the second day, you will get to discover the tranquil cultural side of the bustling Bangkok. In the morning, you will get to visit the famous temple complex Wat Pho after hopping on a public boat along the Chao Phraya River. After that, you will have a chance to explore the Grand Palace and gain more understanding of the country’s history and the spiritual traditions of the Thai People.

After lunch, you will stop by Monk’s Bowl Village, where you can visit a family-run workshop and see monk’s alms bowls being made in the traditional way. Later, you will go to the Jim Thompson House Museum, also known as the Museum of Thai Silk King. Lastly, we will stop by some nearby modern shopping malls so you can go shopping if you wish to.

On the 3rd day during your 15 days in Thailand and Vietnam, you will get to join in the first physical activity: kayaking through Bangkok. Along the way, you will see different kinds of birds, beautiful plants along the side of the river, and the old graveyard Wat Nang Shi. The activity will finish before lunch.

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport to fly to Chiang Mai. After checking in to your hotel, you will have time to relax.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will spend time trekking along the Monk’s Trail on Doi Suthep Mountain and stopping by some temples. our first stop will be at Wat Pha Lat, which is often called the Hidden Temple. It’s a special spot that you can only reach by following this path. The final destination of this trail is Wat Phra That, which is also the reason why the monks opened this road in the past. Here, you can have a panorama view of the whole Chiang Mai city.

After lunch, our guide will take you to the White Hmong village, where you can learn about the ethnic culture and traditions as well as the local coffee production.

This will be another day for physical activities! Upon finishing the breakfast, you will be taken on a one-hour drive from Chiang Mai city to Sri Lanna National Park.
First, you will get to the cycling activity to Ma Ngat Lake Reservoir. Here, you will discover and learn about the region with a local guide. You will have lunch at a local restaurant.

The afternoon is the time for you to paddle your kayak on a scenic dam part of the Sri Lanna National Park. You will have a chance to explore further inside the lake, looking for birds, and fishermen, and enjoy the peaceful environment. At the end of the day, our driver will take you back to your accommodation in Chiang Mai.

This will be your last day in Chiang Mai on this 15 days Thailand and Vietnam tour. After breakfast, you will spend a relaxed morning at the century-old Mae Kampong village, a secluded settlement of traditional wooden houses. Here, you will be able to visit the local market, enjoy the delicious tea and coffee, and admire the beautiful landscape of forest and waterfall. You will have your lunch at the home of a villager. In the afternoon, you will have your free time for relaxation and packaging your luggage.

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the Chiang Mai International Airport to fly to Dong Hoi Airport in Vietnam. Your first destination in Vietnam is Phong Nha, a part of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Upon checking in the hotel, you will have time for relaxation and free exploration around the accommodation.

This will be the first day you get to explore Vietnam during 15 days in Thailand and Vietnam. Get ready to explore the secret world of the Tu Lan cave complex after a trek! We’ll start from Phong Nha, head to Tan Hoa village, and walk through scenic peanut fields and past water buffalo to reach the Rao Nan River. A hike up and down hills and through the Hung Ton Valley will lead us to a picnic at the Hung Ton Cave, then on to Mango Mountain, and finally to the Tu Lan Campsite by mid-afternoon. Enjoy a swim at a nearby waterfall or Ken Cave, then relish a barbecue dinner at camp. Please note that you will spend the night in this complex, in cozy hammocks or tents.

On the next day, you will get to explore the maze-like Tu Lan cave system. After a short swim and a chill moment by a blue lagoon, swim down to the cave’s entrance. You’ll navigate through its dry sections, maybe do a little climbing, and then find the exit. A brief trek and more cave exploration await in Kim Cave, complete with a magical light-filled chamber.
Tu Lan Adventure
After some more swimming and trekking through various caves and valleys, you can enjoy a peaceful picnic by a waterfall near Hung Ton Cave. Your adventure continues through more caves and valleys until we unwind in Tan Hoa with a refreshing cold drink in hand. At the end of the day, our driver will pick you up to get back to your accommodation in Phong Nha.

On this day, you will fly from Phong Nha to Ha Noi to continue your trip to Vietnam. You will meander through hidden paths until discovering Kho Muong, a charming village with homes on stilts, tucked in a cozy valley. Here, you will get to chat with locals and perhaps peek into the ancient Bat Cave.

Post-lunch in a local home, you will be taken 4 miles through a jungle rich in plant and animal life, all the way to the forested village of Uoi.
