After arriving in Hanoi, your private driver will greet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. You will check in at the hotel and have time to relax. The welcome banquet of traditional Vietnamese cuisine will allow you to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and its culture for the first time.

You will begin your exploration of historic Hanoi by immersing yourself in the city’s rich cultural tapestry at the Museum of Ethnology, which offers a window into the lives of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. You will then go to the ancient Temple of Literature, a sanctuary of Confucian wisdom since 1070, and then have lunch at the famous Bun Cha Huong Lien.
The afternoon is spent in the serene greenery of the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Ba Dinh Square, exploring iconic sites such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside) and the picturesque One Pillar Pagoda, and Ho Chi Minh Museum.

After breakfast, you will drive for 3 hours to Halong Bay, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Your Halong Bay cruise ship will start around noon and take you to the beautiful Bai Tu Long Bay, where you will sail between famous small islands.

After a seafood lunch on the boat, you will visit and discover the Thien Canh Son Cave, which has a mysterious beauty and a complex stalagmite system inside. The wavy dome of the cave is covered with hundreds of thousands of sparkling stalactites, creating beautiful light throughout the entire cave. Stepping out of the beauty of stalactites, you will discover stunning scenes from the top of the cave.

You will start your day early because you will have the opportunity to observe or participate in spiritual charity ceremonies.
