Laos 6 Days Overland Tour

Upon your arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in the city center. Check in to the hotel and take a short break.

Wat Visoun

If time permits, you will visit Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, and Wat Xieng Thong in the afternoon. There is also a chance for you to climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for a sunset view of the city.

Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Free for dinner.

Wake up early to partake in the serene daily ritual of almsgiving, where saffron-robed monks receive offerings from the local people, including the traditional sticky rice. After this peaceful experience, enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

Next, head to the boat pier for an upstream cruise on the Mekong River. This journey not only showcases the tranquil countryside but also includes a fascinating stop at the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, filled with thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues in various shapes and sizes. Along the way, visit Ban Xang Hai, a village known for its rice wine distillation.

In the afternoon, travel to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls. Here, you can take a refreshing dip in the natural pools or explore the scenic forest trails.

On your return to Luang Prabang, visit Ban Phanom, a village famous for its traditional weaving. Conclude the day by watching the sunset at Wat Siphoutthabath.

Start your day with a visit to the National Museum, which is home to a large collection of artifacts that reflect the richness of Laos culture. Then, discover the Central Market for a unique shopping experience.

After that, our driver will pick you up and leave for Vang Vieng. Have lunch on the way.

Check in to the hotel in Vang Vieng and enjoy your free time for the rest of the day.

Spend the morning discovering the major tourist destinations of Vang Vieng. Start with a visit to the Jang Cave and Iom Cave. You will also stop at the Mor fishing village to observe the traditional way of catching.

Your final stop is Nam Ngum Lake – the biggest lake in Laos. Then, have lunch at a nearby restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Vientiane, en route stop to discover a salt village in Ban Kuen district.

Upon arrival in Vientiane, check in to the hotel and relax. Free for dinner.
