Vietnam’s reputable tourist attractions await you to discover. During this tour, you will have chances to have once-of-a-lifetime experiences to scenic beauties like the gorgeous beach of Nha Trang, the thousand-year-old Hue and the famous World Heritage Site HaLong Bay recognized by UNESCO.
When you arrive in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), your IDC Travel tour guide and driver will greet you and transport you to your hotel.
On the way, our tour guide will walk you over the tour schedule quickly, noting and reporting to our operator any corrections or adjustments you may require. During the tour, he or she will also provide you with general and relevant information, as well as confirm your pick-up time for the next day.
The welcome dinner is arranged at one of the top restaurants in town, and the rest of the first day is spent resting and sleeping at the hotel.
Ho Chi Minh city
From 8 a.m., you will be escorted to the old Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum, and the city center’s notable architecture and sites such as Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall, the Municipal Theater, and Xa Loi pagoda, concluding with visits at Ben Thanh market and China town, Cholon.
Return to the hotel and enjoy your own meal.
Evening optional activities in Ho Chi Minh City:
– Enjoy local café/pub/bar beverages.
– Strolling around the night walking street (Bui Vien, De Tham streets)
– Go on a nighttime scooter or motorcycle trip.
Notre-Dame Cathedral
8:00 Pick up from your accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City and transport by vehicle to My Tho, where you will board a motorboat and ride down the Bao Dinh canal, which is flanked with stilt dwellings and fruit farms. Visit the wholesale fruit market in My Tho and Turtle Island before having lunch in the center of an orchard.
Relax and enjoy the boat journey along Ben Tre’s Tan Tach canal, drifting beneath the shade of water coconut trees. Learn about the agricultural lifestyle by visiting family businesses. On Thoi Son island, go through the fruit farms and take rowboats around the many waterways before returning to My Tho by rowboat.
Transfer by car to Can Tho and settle into your accommodation.
My Tho
After breakfast, board a morning boat to the lively Cai Rang floating market and sail through the complicated network of tiny canals to a community specializing in the production of rice noodles; view the Delta’s beautiful “monkey bridges.”
After lunch in Cai Rang, return to Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat airport for the late afternoon flight to Nha Trang. When you arrive in Nha Trang, our representative will greet you and transport you to your hotel for the evening.
Floating Market
In the morning: Nha Trang city tour, including the Po Nagar Cham tower and Long Son Pagoda. Eat at a restaurant for lunch.
In the afternoon: boat tour to Tam and Mun Islands.
Nha Trang City
Take the morning flight from Nha Trang to Da Nang.
When you arrive in Da Nang, our representative will meet you at the airport and take you to Hoi An in a private car, stopping at the Cham Museum in Da Nang and Marble Mountain along the route.
Check into your Hoi An accommodation and take lunch at a restaurant.
We take a walking tour of the historical town center in the afternoon, stopping at historic merchants’ residences, the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge, and the colorful, lively market.
Hoi An City
In the morning, drive from Hoi An to Hue through the famed Hai Van pass, pausing to explore Lang Co beach. After settling into your accommodation in Hue, eat lunch.
In the afternoon: Visit the Hue Royal Citadel, which was built in the early nineteenth century by Emperor Gia Long in the manner of French military architect Vauban and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Before departing to view Emperor Khai Dinh’s tomb, stop at the Imperial Museum, which exhibits many precious artifacts linked to the Imperial city.
Imperial City of Hue
In the morning: Take a boat ride down the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, Emperor Minh Mang’s mausoleum, and Hue’s famed Dong Ba market. Lunch at a nearby restaurant.
In the afternoon: Fly to Hanoi in the afternoon; upon arrival, you will be welcomed and driven to your hotel for a pleasant free evening.
Hoan Kiem Lake At Night – Hanoi
In the morning: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the One-pillar Pagoda at historic Ba Dinh Square, then go to the Temple of Literature, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Vietnam’s earliest university, founded on 1076.
After lunch, visit the Museum of Ethnology and enjoy a cyclo cycle through the Old Quarter, stopping at Dong Xuan market. Later in the afternoon, see the intriguing and distinctively Vietnamese art of water puppetry.
Overnight in Hanoi

One Pillar Pagoda
Check out of the hotel after breakfast.
Our car will be ready by 08.30AM for a transport to the famed World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay for an overnight excursion.
At lunchtime, we arrive at Ha Long Bay and check into your cruise room.
Each cruise has its unique schedule and covers different aspects of the Bay:

Halong Bay Cruise
The day before, travelers are encouraged to get up about 5.00 or 6.00 AM to see the sunrise or swim if the weather permits. Breakfast/ Brunch is provided at around 7:30 a.m., after which the boat continues its schedule to Heaven Palace Cave or Surprising Cave if not planned on the first day.
Following the visit, the boat returns to its dock. Our van will be available on shore at midday to go back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Hanoi at 4 p.m., re-check in at the hotel, and spend the evening at leisure.

Our car and guide will follow you on your shopping or other activities till we deliver you to the airport for your departure flight.

From start to finish, this tour was an exceptional experience. Alex, our travel advisor, was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and putting together a tailored itinerary that perfectly fit our interests and preferences. We were able to visit some of Vietnam's most iconic sites, including Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, and the Cu Chi Tunnels, as well as lesser-known but equally fascinating places like the Mekong Delta and the Marble Mountains.
The accommodations throughout the tour were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and went out of his way to make sure that we had the best possible experience. He was always available to answer our questions, offer suggestions, and make sure that we were comfortable.
One of the highlights of the tour was the opportunity to meet and interact with local people, both in the cities and in more rural areas. We were able to learn about their culture and way of life, and even participate in some traditional activities like making rice paper and fishing with local fishermen.
