Afterward, we will embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the tranquil countryside.

In the afternoon, our journey includes a visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two interconnected caves filled with thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes, left by devoted pilgrims. We will also stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, known for its local rice wine production.
On the return trip, we will take a short drive to the small village of Ban Phanom, renowned for its hand weaving.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on your trip to Ba Vi, a picturesque countryside on the outskirts of Hanoi, accompanied by our experienced English-speaking guide.
Upon arriving at Ri Village, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and snacks and introduced to your first host, Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and tea farm owner. As you listen to Mr. Duoc’s wartime stories, you’ll also visit his tea plantation to learn how to select the best tea leaves for making Vietnam’s renowned tea. Continue with a visit to his small workshop, where you’ll see the mostly manual process of tea production.
Next, take a short drive to Moc village to meet your next host, Mrs. Chin, who will teach you how to cook local Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy the meal you’ve prepared for lunch in a beautiful tropical garden.
After lunch, take a short break before joining Mrs. Chin for a walk around the village. You’ll visit local families to learn about the rural lifestyle and see how tofu, conical hats, and other local products are made.
Then, enjoy a cycling trip through scenic paddy fields.
Conclude your countryside tour with a traditional foot soak in warm water with herbs, following the traditional recipes of the Muong ethnic minority. This relaxing treatment will soothe your feet after cycling around the village.

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to start your trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, which dates back to the late 19th century. Then, board a sampan and cruise down the river, passing the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands.
Stop at Unicorn Island to walk along village paths, admire the orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and listen to Vietnamese folk music performed by locals. Visit a fruit plantation as well.
Experience a peaceful ride in a small sampan through the Thoi Son canal, taking in the beauty of the countryside. Visit a family business and bee-keeping farm, and enjoy honey tea and a coconut candy workshop.

In the afternoon, cycle around Tan Thach village to meet the locals and experience their daily life in the Mekong Delta. If you prefer not to cycle, you can relax on hammocks and enjoy the cool breeze.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the Cu Chi tunnels, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, you will listen to a brief introduction and watch a video explaining how the tunnels were constructed and how people survived in the harsh wartime conditions.
Spend time exploring the remaining tunnel systems, including living areas, kitchens, and bedrooms, as well as martial facilities like storage areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. These tunnels were designed to meet the basic needs of those living inside. You’ll also discover hidden trap doors and dangerous traps that provide security during the war. Afterward, enjoy a cup of special tea and cassava, the guerilla food of the era.
