Family Vacation in South and Central Vietnam in 11 Days

When you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Sai Gon, our tour guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area with a welcome signboard bearing the IDC Travel logo and your name and will accompany you to Ho Chi Minh City through a quick introduction on the way. Check into the hotel.
The remainder of the day is free to explore Vietnam’s vibrant and stunning capital.

Start your full-day trip at 8:00 a.m. with the Reunification Palace, which used to be the place of residence of the President of Vietnam. When a North Vietnamese soldier entered this structure with a red flag in hand on April 30, 1975, the entire world knew the Vietnam War had ended. Continue to the War Remnants Museum, stopping along the route to see Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office, two of the most famous and oldest classical French colonial architecture structures established more than a century ago. War Remnants Museum includes many images from both Vietnam and the United States; US military vehicles including as tanks, jets, and booms are displayed outdoors.

After lunch and a little break, we continue our city trip by visiting the Giac Lam Pagoda, the oldest in Ho Chi Minh City with a massive Buddha statue system that was established in 1774. Then go to Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda, both of which are located inside China Town. It is a location of significant historical and cultural value, with several temples and pagodas in the surrounding region. Before the trip concludes, go shopping at Ben Thanh Market in the city center. Then our driver and guide will return you to your hotel.

Evening optional activities in Ho Chi Minh City:

– Enjoy local café/pub/bar beverages.

– Strolling around the night walking street (Bui Vien, De Tham streets)

– Go on a nighttime scooter or motorcycle trip.

Today, our driver will get you from your accommodation and transport you to Sai Gon airport for your journey to Da Lat. When you arrive in Da Lat, you will be met by our driver who will transport you to the hotel for check-in.
It is your spare time in Da Lat to enjoy the fresh air. Hotel stay for the night.

At 8 a.m., you will be picked up from your accommodation and taken to the Datanla and Prenn waterfalls, two of Dalat’s numerous notable waterfalls. Continue by cable car to Truc Lam Buddhist Meditation Monastery and Robin Hill (expenses excluded). Visit the Palace of Bao Dai (Vietnam’s last ruler), then return to the hotel for lunch. Visit the XQ hand embroidery studio. Visitors will be able to see firsthand the mastery of the professional artists of the Da Lat embroidery craft. Then you go to the Valley of Love, also known as the Flower Garden City, which is filled with exotic flowers and brilliant hues. Dalat’s main economic sector is flower cultivation and export. Finally, guests have free time to explore Dalat market and shop for souvenirs, veggies, fruits, and wool apparel to send home to their families.

Our driver and guide will pick you up at 8:00 a.m. and take you to Nha Trang, which is known for its beautiful natural landscape of mountains, beaches, and islands. Nha Trang is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. Check into the hotel and have lunch. Then, in the afternoon, take a half-day city tour. We’ll proceed to Long Son Pagoda, Po Nagar Cham Towers, and Dam Market, Nha Trang’s primary trade center with all kinds of local goods, domestic and international items, and notably dried seafood.

Overnight in Nha Trang at a hotel.

Nha Trang, one of Vietnam’s top beach destinations, with year-round sunny weather, a tropical environment, superb seafood, turquoise blue ocean, and a gorgeous white sandy beach that runs the full length of the city.

After breakfast, depart on a day-long boat cruise around the coastal islands. Begin your journey from your accommodation to the Cau Da port. The first location to go is Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island, where several sea creatures from Nha Trang Bay create a miniature aquatic world. Mun Island is the ideal island for snorkelling and diving since it is home to many colorful corals and fish. You’ll also be able to observe caverns where sea swallows build their nests. Then spend time resting, swimming, and participating in water sports or other activities on Mot Island, Bai San Beach Island, or a little island known as “Mini Beach.” Enjoy a delicious meal on the island. On the way back, you’ll stop in a fishing town before heading to the beach and dropping you off at your hotel.

Nha Trang Beach

Pick up from your accommodation in Da Nang at 8:00 a.m. and drive to Ba Na Hills. Take the world-class Cable Car to Ba Na Hills Station. Visit Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, and the Old French Villas at By Night Station. Continue by cable car to the summit of the Ba Na range, Nui Chua Mountain, and explore Nghinh Phong, Le Nim Villas, the Orchid Garden, and other attractions. Experience the hill climbing train (Vietnam’s first and only funicular) and see a historic French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), the floral garden Le Jardin D’amour, and the Linh Ung Pagoda.

You should not miss going on the Golden Bridge amid the foggy slopes of the mountain and taking in the breathtaking view of Da Nang City. Eat at a restaurant for lunch.

Afternoon: Free to participate games at Fantasy Park, Vietnam’s third largest indoor games zone with a variety of exciting attractions such as 4 – 5D film, skiver, The Death Race, dinosaur park, and so on (2 hours). Then we’ll take you to Hoian. Hoi An hotel for the night.

08:00 a.m.: Begin your day by walking to Hoi An and visiting the Kwan Temple, Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Old House, Japanese Cover Bridge, and Historic & Cultural Museum. Continue to tour some of Hoi An’s handicraft workshops, where visitors may examine numerous handcrafted things manufactured by locals and purchase something as a memento for family or friends. After eating at a restaurant, our driver and guide will transport you to the hotel. You have free time in the afternoon to explore the city. Our driver will take you to Da Nang airport in the late afternoon for your journey to Saigon.
