The tour starts in Hanoi, the vibrant capital city of Vietnam, where you will have the opportunity to explore the city’s rich history and culture.
From there, you will travel to the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, where you will embark on a scenic cruise through the bay’s emerald waters and towering limestone cliffs. During the cruise, you can take part in various activities, such as kayaking, swimming, and exploring the local fishing villages.
Next, you will head to Sapa, a charming mountain town known for its stunning scenery and rich cultural heritage. During your stay in Sapa, you can trek through lush rice paddies, visit local hill tribe villages, and take in the majestic beauty of the surrounding mountains.

Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your Hanoi city tour with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One-Pillar Pagoda, and Tran Quoc Pagoda.
Continue your itinerary to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s earliest university, founded in the 16th century.
Have lunch at a famous restaurant in the city center.
Afternoon tour to the Ethnological Museum, followed by a cyclo ride around the Old Quarter and a visit to Dong Xuan market. Optionally watch a water puppet show before dinner.
Free dinner and overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up and start a 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay – one of the most wonderful experiences during your Northern Vietnam 6 days tour.
Arrive at noon. Embark on a Ha Long Bay Cruise in Halong Harbor, Enjoy a welcome drink, and listen to the cruise itinerary before checking in your cabin. Following that, a seafood lunch will be provided.
At 13:00, the boat departs and takes you to see the amazing karsts with various formations, including Mat Quy (Monster’s Face) islet, Cap De islet, But Moc islet, Trong (Drum) cave, and Trinh Nu cave. Stop at a floating village to see the unique way of life, before exploring Luon Cave (from 16:40 to 17:30).
After that is time for you to swim and sunbathe. Have a delicious sunset meal and relax beneath the stars before returning to your cabin.
Overnight on Ha Long Bay.
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or fresh fruit while looking out at the Bay’s breathtaking landscapes. Sitting on the upper deck, you can enjoy the magnificence of the rocky Islands rising from the waters of the Bay.
Then, you can go to Sung Sot Cave (from 08:00 to 9:00), and swim and chill out at Titop Beach. The cruise will start heading back to port at 09:24 while you have a buffet brunch. Check-out at 11:35 and get back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Hanoi at around 16:00, take a short break, and have dinner before taking a night train to Lao Cai at 21:30.
Arrive in Lao Cai around 06:00 and take a private car to Sapa.
Have breakfast at a local restaurant before heading to Cat Cat Village, where you can hike to visit a Hmong village with great views of the valley, green paddy fields, and beautiful limestone mountains.
You will visit local families and learn about some of their traditional ways of life. Then, go down into the valley to observe the stunning Cat Cat waterfall, which is surrounded by a flower-filled valley and deep green pine trees.
Come back to Sapa town for dinner and stay at the hotel for the night.
After breakfast at the hotel, our private car will take you to Lao Chai village where the Black Hmong live. Take a short trek down the river to see how the hill tribes live and make their handicraft clothes.
The next destination is Ta Van village, where Dzay people live, which can be seen further down the road. Then, trek back to the main road, where a car is waiting to take you back to Lao Cai for a night train back to Hanoi.
