Breakfast in Sapa then take a short hike to the Cat Cat village, where the Hmong ethnic minorities live in the valley. You will admire the sumptuous town over the valley, the terraced rice fields, and the mountains. You will see the houses of the valley inhabitants in the distance and will likely have the chance to meet some of them.
Your journey will continue to the Cat Cat waterfall, surrounded by dense flora and fauna. Sit on the rocks by the waterfall to take photos or sunbathe.

In the afternoon, free time to walk around Sapa and discover its market.

You will arrive in Hanoi around 5:30 am and then settle in a hotel near the station to relax and have breakfast. Take the road towards Halong Bay. Around noon, you will be at Halong port.

The junk departs at 1 pm for a 3.5-hour excursion through the famous limestone islets in Halong Bay, including Mat Quy Island (Monster Face), Cap De Island, But Moc Island, and various caves like Trinh Nu Cave (Virgin Cave) and Trong Cave (Drum Cave).
During your cruise, stop for a moment at the floating fishing village to discover the traditions of its inhabitants and their way of life. In the late afternoon (between 4:40 pm and 5:30 pm), explore Luon Cave.

Your city tour will start at the local Dong Ba market.
