After breakfast this morning, you’ll go on a journey from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. On the way, you will visit Skun Village to learn about the town’s deep-fried tarantulas and other insects, which the locals consume daily. You’ll also learn about silk production in the Santuk Silk Farm.

You will reach the destination at 5 pm, and check into a hotel. This tropical oasis boasts three pools and an excellent fine-dining restaurant. In the evening, head out for dinner and a theater show at Angkor Village Apsara Theater.

Wake up early in the morning for the adventure to Angkor Wat. Upon arrival, you will witness the sunrise in the ancient temple ruins, which is truly a spectacular moment.

Start your adventure at Angkor Wat, the largest and most complete structure and the only one of Angkor’s temples with an entrance facing west. After breakfast, you will spend the day exploring another famous temple, Banteay Srei Temple, adorned with impressive reliefs depicting scenes of Vishnu as well as Krishna legends. We also have time today to explore the ancient Khmer civilization site of Hariharalaya, which flourished in the late 9th and earlier 10th centuries. These are the earliest temples in the Angkor area and are referred to as the Rolous group.

After breakfast, drive south to the Mekong Delta via the Ben Tre. Here, you’ll board a private boat and cruise along the delta. Stop at the coconut gardens to visit a local home, where you’ll sample fresh fruits and coconut jams.

Then we will continue our trip to Cho Lon, Saigon’s Chinatown, which is crammed with fascinating temples and mysterious, narrow lanes. The city tour ends with a visit to the bustling Ben Thanh Market, where you can buy everything from clothes and food to souvenirs.

This morning, you will engage in the half-day trip to Cu Chi Tunnels, a historical site that played an important role in the Vietnam War. Once you arrive, you’ll listen to the introductory documentary film to understand the historical significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War, then embark on a guided tour of the tunnel system through underground bunkers, trap demonstrations, and weapon and equipment displays zone. Visitors can try shooting practice at the on-site firing range. After that, enjoy a light snack of cassava—a staple wartime food for soldiers.

Today, you will take part in an exciting activity that provides a glimpse of Vietnamese diverse cuisine. In the morning, visit the local market in Hoi An to prepare fresh ingredients for the cooking class.

After two days in the city of lanterns, transfer to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, also a hub of Vietnam’s historic past. Along the way, you will pass through the Hai Van Pass, a scenic mountainous stretch of highway with views across Lang Co Beach.

Take a morning flight to the capital city of Hanoi.

Settle in on arrival, then your leader will guide you through the Hanoi Old Quarter, home to 36 streets of various shop-lined alleys that sell everything from souvenirs to exquisite silk clothing, jewelry, and embroidered tablecloths.

Wake up early and drive to Tuan Chau Port, then board a boat trip to Ha Long Bay, the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will glide through various unique formation formations before stopping at Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), the wildest cave system on the bay to discover its interesting rock formations.
