This 8 days Vietnam – Laos tour is a prolific vacation experience that all travelers can explore. You will have the opportunity to travel through two exciting Southeast Asian countries – Vietnam and Laos, with major tourist spots like Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Hanoi, Halong, and Luang Prabang, to enjoy the best of sightseeing, shopping, cruises, nightlife and much more. On the first day of your 8 days in Vietnam and Laos, you will arrive in the bustling city of Saigon, where our representative will welcome you and escort you to your hotel. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to stroll through the local markets and enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant before spending the night at the hotel.

Your day will start with a delicious breakfast and then explore the main attractions of Saigon, including Notre Dame Cathedral and the War Remnants Museum.
Cruise the Saigon River
In the afternoon, you will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. Afterward, you will watch traditional Vietnamese performances at the Rong Vang Water Puppet Theater, enjoy a dinner parade on the Saigon River, and then rest at the hotel.

On this day, you will have breakfast, then you will leave the hotel to go to the airport to board a flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be transferred to the hotel to check in and relax.
West Lake Bike Tour
Then, a sightseeing tour of the city by bike awaits you. You will visit places such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, West Lake, Lotus Ponds, Tao Sac Pagoda, and Yen Thai Village. At the end of the day, you will return to the hotel by bike to spend the night.

After a delicious breakfast, you will be transferred to Halong Bay. You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the port for a boat trip.
Halong Bay Cruise
In the afternoon, you will have lunch on board and pass by the symbolic islets of Dog Island, Incense Island, Duck Island, and Rooster Island. You will also visit Thien Cung Cave, the largest in Halong Bay, and the fishing village of Ba Hang, observing the floating school and the formation of the rocky islets of Halong.
After the tour, you will return to your hotel in Hanoi.

You will enjoy your breakfast and then complete check-out formalities at the hotel before going to Hanoi airport. You will take a flight to Luang Prabang in Laos.
Luang Prabang Night Market
After arrival, your private driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The evening will be spent exploring, perhaps visiting the night market on Sisavangvong Road and enjoying a vegetarian buffet at the night market near Wat Mai.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a short excursion to the city’s magical temples – Wat Sene and Wat Xiengthong. You will then board a cruise and sail the Mekong River, soaking up the panoramic views of the countryside and visiting the Pak Ou Caves and Ban Xanghai Village.

Later, you will return to Luang Prabang and visit the villages of Ban Xiangkhouang and Ban Xienglek. Finally, you will return to the hotel, where you will spend the night in Luang Prabang.

Today you will visit Phousi Market, where local products like dried buffalo hide, local tea, and saltpeter await you, as well as chickens and vegetables.

You will also explore the local villages of Laos, known for their crafts and weaving, briefly visiting Ban Quay and Ban Thapene. Later, you will visit the magnificent Kuang Si Waterfall, enjoying free time in the water pools, followed by a visit to Ban Phanom village. In the evening, you will witness a magnificent sunset at Wat Phabath before returning to the hotel to spend the night.
