Job description of Tour Operator

• Receive the tour program from the sales agent, book the tour services, call the tour guide, hand over the tour to the guide, and organize the car for the tour.
• Select services and negotiate prices with suppliers
• Handle service related issues during the tour.
• Provide accurate information to the tour guide
• Process and respond to all tour reports from tour guides.
• Check, update services and itineraries
• Carry out the tasks assigned by his/her superior

Candidate requirements

• Fluent in English, good communication skills, passionate about travel. Good French is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in the tourism industry (tour operator, sales, guide) are encouraged.
• Knowledge of Vietnam’s tourist attractions
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic in work.
• New graduates are accepted, no experience will be trained. Graduate students in the field of tourism are preferable.
