Taking the Ha Giang 4 Days 3 Nights Tour from Hanoi will give you a fantastic perspective of the area along the major route. You will see characteristic sights that you should not miss while in this province. The tour is a driving tour with a brief hike. The majority of your time is spent driving from one location to another. You will get the opportunity to appreciate the breathtaking surroundings while learning about local life and hill tribal culture.
Our guide will pick you up from your Hanoi hotel at 08:00 to begin your tour to Ha Giang 4 days. On the route to Ha Giang, we’ll stop for lunch at a small restaurant.
We will appreciate the lovely vistas of the hilly country, the allure of terraced rice fields, and the spectacular, rising mountain ranges that dominate the horizon as we go. Arriving in Ha Giang at 18:00, you will have supper and spend the night in a traditional stilt home with a Thai family.
Because Ha Giang still requires a permission, your guide will assist you in obtaining one at the town’s modest office. You will next go over a series of breathtaking passes across undulating mountains and valleys. Tam Son, a little mountain village, will be your lunch stop.
Following that, you’ll journey through the towering pine forest to see a Hmong palace that previously belonged to the strong Vuong family, and was once the residence of a high-ranking H’mong family during French colonial control. The uncommon blend of European and Chinese elements draws architecturally oriented tourists to the palace.
Continue down the winding roads until you reach Dong Van at 18:00. You will have dinner at local restaurant and spend the night in a hotel.
If it’s a Sunday, you may attend the weekly Dong Van Market after breakfast to meet the locals and shop the wonderful variety of handmade items and rare products. You will next climb above town to Pu Lo, a French fortress erected in 1890 that has been well preserved.
After seeing the fortress and the wonderful vistas it provides, you will take the road to enjoy one of Vietnam’s most stunning highways. The Ma Pi Leng Pass, at an elevation of 2000 meters, clings to the side of the undulating mountains, providing unparalleled views of the valleys and terraced hemp fields that adorn the mountainsides. After lunch, you will zigzag down into Meo Vac Valley before returning to Ha Giang and spending the night in a motel.
Note: If you miss the Dong Van Sunday market, a trip to Lui Market can be arranged depending on your departure date.
After breakfast, we will turn back to Hanoi with stops for lunch on the way. Arrive in Hanoi at around 18:00 PM then you can take your time by your own to explore Hanoi city in the afternoon. End of the tour in Ha Giang 4 days with us.
