Payment Methods

IDC Travel generally accepts the following methods of payment. Please contact our sales staff if you prefer to make payment(s) in other way(s). IDC Travel will notify you upon receipt of your payment.

Deposit:

A CASE-BY-CASE REFUNDABLE deposit of ~ 25% of the total cost of the Tour and related services is required upon booking confirmation.

Balance Payment:

Full payment is required upon confirmation for last minute bookings and/ or particular single travel service(s) as car rental, visa, cruise, hotel… bookings.

Full payment for the Tour shall be made in advance upon our Sales requirement case-by-case in order to secure services as air tickets, hotel rooms…

In some cases, Tour balance can be made upon arrival but no later than three (3) days after the Customer’s arrival in Vietnam.

1. Online payment by credit cards:

• • • • Our sales will send you a link for online payment by credit cards (Visa or Master cards) – A surcharge of 3% be added for bank fee  
      • Card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuers. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, our online payment system will not be able to process your booking.

What are BEN, SHA, OUR payment instructions?

When you make an international wire transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges.

BEN, SHA, OUR are codes in a SWIFT instruction

The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges >> We receive all your payment.

SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank’s outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.

BEN (beneficiary) means you do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.

We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction.

6. Cash

We accept cash in Vietnamese Dong and these foreign currencies: US$, AU$, EURO and Britain Sterling Pound. For foreign currencies, please help prepare new & big notes (50 – 100…)
